Guard awards VAS a contract to repair and upgrade a Maintenance Hangar
at McEntire Station in Eastover, SC..

to facilitate growth as a General Contractor on federal facility construction
and design/build projects..

name change to Value Added Solutions, Inc. to align with our focus

of Energy Savannah River Operations Office awards a multi year contract
to VAS to provide Technical support Services, including: Safeguards
and Security; Nuclear MaterIals Control and Accountability; Information
Technology; and Emergency Management.

South Carolina Air National Guard awards VAS a contract to renovate
offices at McEntire Station in Eastover, SC..

Value Added Solutions moves to new office space at 6280 Woodside Executive
Court in Aiken, South Carolina to support company growth.

Mike Wade (Merrick & Company) joins VAS Board of Directors. Mike's
20 years environmental and engineering experience adds value to VAS's
business development and strategic planning initiatives.

Scott Davies joins VAS to lead our Nuclear Materials Disposition Strategies
Program. Scott is currently providing expert-level programmatic and
technical advisory support for the National Nuclear Security Administration
(NNSA) Office of Stockpile Technology (NA-123) and DOE-SR by characterizing
DOE special nuclear material (SNM) inventories and developing integrated
program plans for consolidation/disposition options.
